PstrongPosition /strong /ppbr/ppTo strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a strongStrategic Business Development Key Account Manager /strong. /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a Strategic Business Development Key Account Manager to drive strong growth in the Off-Highway and Power Generation sectors across Europe. /pp The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives to increase market share. /ppThe ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable, taking on diverse responsibilities to succeed in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliIdentify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the Off-Highway and Power Generation sectors, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and generator manufacturers. /liliAct as a cross-functional leader, taking on diverse responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction, technical alignment, and commercial success. /liliDevelop and execute bold, sector-specific customer strategies with a focus on speed, adaptability, and measurable growth. /liliCollaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of Off-Highway and Generator applications. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Europe. /liliDrive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic sales initiatives. /liliPrepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning, and continuously monitor market trends to refine forecasts on a monthly basis. /liliDemonstrate key competencies, including: Action Orientation, Conflict Management, Timely Decision-Making, Motivating Others, Clear Communication, Financial Acumen, and Business Negotiation. /liliRegular travel to both MUVIQ and customer sites (approximately 30% of the time) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field /lili5+ years of experience in the Powertrain Market (Sales, Product Development, Application Engineering, or Program Management). /liliProven track record of aggressive sales growth and entrepreneurial problem-solving in complex, technical markets. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels. /liliAbility to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMore Information /strong /ppWe offer: /ppA permanent contract within a dynamic and fast-growing business, in a lean organization where you will have the chance to be visible and appreciated by top management.
