The position lies within the Italian Business Unit, reports to the Sales Manager GD Trade Activation and is highly exposed to internal external stakeholders.
/p pAs National Account Manager, the selected candidate will manage direct and indirect reports with a focus on planning and implementing the channel strategies.
Key objectives include expanding our distribution, driving growth opportunities, developing, coordinating and leveraging the skills of multifunctional teams (including international relations).
/p h3In Brief, You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liDrive the commercial delivery of high-growth brands in retail, ensuring distribution, visibility, and activation plans translate into measurable category growth /li liThe full PL of the assigned customers, defining the annual customers' business plans and constantly monitoring it.
/li liLead the negotiation of first and second-level contracts with the assigned customers.
/li liLead negotiations on promotions and assortments to maximize visibility and sales.
/li liOptimize trade spending with a Revenue Growth Management approach.
/li liCoordinate, in alignment with the principles of the perfect store, all the sell-out sales force on the POS of the assigned customers.
/li liLine management of direct report and functional leadership of indirect reports.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Hard Skills capabilities /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree /li li5-7 years of experience in Sales Roles, leading complex key accounts, preferably in Food Beverage industry.
/li liOperational Management, Selling and Negotiation and Project Management skills /li liStrong ability to lead through collaboration, networking and influence /li liManagement of complex businesses in very competitive markets /li liEffective Customer Management by leveraging all areas of the PL /li liPeople capability-building and Leadership skills to develop functional excellence, engage and inspire people and teams by creating the environment for success to deliver high business results /li liAnalytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and forecasting /li liFluent proficiency English is a mandatory requirement; additional languages will be considered a plus /li liGood command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel /li /ul h3Professional Attributes /h3 ul liCommercial Sense - Always seeking for opportunities to expand the business and build more savings, while over delivering on the targets.
