PAs a member of RS Corporate Account team, the Corporate Account Manager assumes direct responsibility for the corporate accounts in the assigned portfolio and collaborates closely with local stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation across sites. This role involves managing both a national portfolio and supporting local teams through a top-down and bottom-up approach. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage a portfolio of national Corporate Customers with a solutions-growth mindset. /liliDevelop tailored sales strategies for each customer to optimize sales and profitability. /liliLead and coordinate actions with internal sales, field sales, corporate organizations, and support functions. /liliForecast and manage the budget, including sales, margins, and ROI of contracts. /liliConduct market analysis, monitor competition, and identify industry trends. /liliProject manage and facilitate the deployment of contracts across markets and sites. /liliCoordinate support from functions such as supply chain, logistics, digital, finance, technical, and marketing. /liliEnsure compliance programs are consistent across all sites. /liliIdentify service development opportunities to enhance RS offerings and expand customer penetration. /liliServe as the single point of contact for national opportunities within the assigned industry or area. /liliNegotiate contracts, including commercial and legal terms, for mutual benefit. /liliUpdate customer organization charts to identify key decision makers and develop contracts. /liliAssess customer potential and identify opportunities to expand share of wallet. /liliImplement EMEA contracts according to central strategies. /liliProspect for and acquire new opportunities. /liliIdentify and implement value-added solutions with technical support. /liliMonitor opportunities and manage customer information via CRM. /liliBroaden the network of contacts within target customer personas. /liliValidate customer spend potential and identify gaps between potential and current revenue. /liliDiscover procurement, inventory, and maintenance challenges and processes. /liliDevelop specific account plans with clear short, medium, and long-term goals to increase customer share of wallet. /liliCollaborate with marketing to identify actions that accelerate customer growth. /liliMonitor and identify new tenders within existing customers for additional business opportunities. /li /ulpbHow I make a difference in this role /b /ppAs a Corporate Account Manager at RS Group, you can impact the business by strategically managing assigned corporate accounts, driving growth through tailored sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams. Your responsibilities include market analysis, contract deployment, compliance, and service development to enhance offerings and customer penetration. You will optimize outcomes through contract negotiations, updating organizational data, assessing potential, and implementing EMEA contracts. Your proactive approach in prospecting, delivering value-added solutions, and expanding the account network will contribute to business growth. Developing specific account plans based on customer challenges and opportunities will be key to increasing share of wallet.
