This will be done through a range of activities. /p pYou will be responsible for : /p ul liLiaising with Sourcing for manpower/craft quotes on Turnkey field installations, ensuring technical alignment and consistent cost budget /li liVerifying site experiences in previous projects, organizing and maintaining the database of standard field service models (lessons learned, actual vs forecast analysis) /li liVerifying Customer tenders, Request for Quote requirements, and CTQs /li liDefining the overall scope‑of‑supply picture for complex upgrade bids, verifying internal capabilities and applying them to the maximum possible extent /li /ul h3To be successful in this role : /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liFormer Field Engineer experience as mechanical specialist in Installation/Upgrade project /li liPlant Engineering qualification and/or experience /li liProject Planning Cost Budgeting capabilities /li liEnhanced oral and written communication skills /li liStrong analytical interpersonal skills, team player attitude /li liFluency in English /li liWorking knowledge of Primavera planning tool /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liTechnical Bachelor/Master Degree /li liAbility to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment /li liSelf-starter, high motivation level, with leadership skills /li liAbility to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage time /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
