Ph3Business Development Manager Microsoft Dynamics (Relocate to Malta/Big 4) /h3 pRome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy /p pJob Openings Business Development Manager Microsoft Dynamics (Relocate to Malta/Big 4) /p h3About the job Business Development Manager Microsoft Dynamics (Relocate to Malta/Big 4) /h3 pOur client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line. /p pbRole Overview /b /p pOur client is looking for a Business Development Manager, who is responsible for driving utilisation and dependence upon our client as the go-to place for all Microsoft at our client and external Clients. Providing trusted advisor expertise with member firms around their strategic approach to fulfilling their clients business and technology needs. Creates and progresses opportunities for MBS in the International market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, pre sales, technical excellence and delivery. Advocates innovation both within the firm and with clients and takes a role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams. /p pbWork Type: /b Hybrid /p pbJob Type: /bFull-time, Permanent /p pbWorking Hours: /bGMT +1 /p pbSalary: /bBase + Benefits (Paid in Euros €) /p pbRelocation: /bVISA Relocation Package Included /p pbRequirements /b /p ul liHighly experienced working in Microsoft solution sales /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft technology (particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure) /li liStrong cross industry experience (Public Sector, Financial Services and Consumer Markets) /li liHighly experienced working in partnership with Microsoft to develop business systems or cloud based technology propositions to meet client needs /li liExperience of working in an LLP organisation /li liDemonstrable track record developing long term profitable relationships with mid and large sized organisations /li liCan develop a demand generation strategy for a Microsoft solution sales team and lead the team to successful execution /li liHas led Microsoft centric transformation deals with values in excess of £2m /li liHas led the development of solutions, consulting offerings and assets to drive repeatable sales /li liExtensive experience working with senior stakeholders within a large consulting organisation or system integrator to develop pipeline, understanding of the unique structure and culture of a partnership based operating model /li liExperience developing front and back office transformation propositions using Microsoft technology. /li liHas an extensive Microsoft network at sales level /li liCan create a culture of knowledge sharing and innovations /li liIs able to lead the sales interlock with delivery teams to ensure profitable growth in partnership. /li liPassionate about talking to clients on current technology issues and market direction /li liCollaborative ways of working with clients and various teams. /li liCreative problem-solving ability whilst working in ambiguous situations /li liExperience in the anticipation the viewpoint of others, listens and addresses concerns /li liExperience in building co-operative relationships and fostering an environment in which everyone’s opinion is valued /li liProvides on-going feedback, coaching and mentoring that supports individuals’ development needs and career aspirations /li liProactively engages in cross-functional communications and sharing of information. /li /ul pbResponsibilities /b /p pBusiness Development /p ul liOwns the development and execution of a demand generation strategy for a key industry market to drive pipeline and sales to agreed KPI’s /li liDevelops the overall positioning, uniqueness and messaging for the Microsoft offerings through our clients Microsoft Business Solutions into that industry /li liResponsible for the generation of pipeline and execution of sales for the organisation /li liIdentifies and develops opportunities for the organisation to diversify across sub industry, emerging technology and services propositions to build pipeline /li liWorks with our clients team to create integrated propositions to meet the needs of specific industries or clients to build pipeline /li liLeads the interlock with the delivery organisation to ensure: /li liContracts with clients are robust /li liThe sales teams support programme delivery in partnership /li liThe development of innovative and profitable commercial constructs /li liDevelops a marketing and communications plan to drive pipeline for the organisation in white space clients /li liEnsures that client relationships and commercial engagements are managed effectively to ensure successful delivery and long term relationship development /li /ul pBusiness Development – Execution /p ul liOwns and cultivates senior stakeholder relationships within key strategic accounts /li liOwns and manages key relationships within our clients network to drive pipeline from within the firms’ client base /li liOwns and manages the relationship with key Microsoft stakeholders to develop co-selling opportunities /li liLeads key bids and proposals for large scale transformation programmes (typically in the £1-4m range) /li liWorks as a trusted advisor with clients around their strategic business and technology needs /li liLeads and supports the negotiation of contracts and ensures compliance with our clients policy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
