Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Strategy: Set and execute sales performance goals to maximize store profitability.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and assess employee productivity and performance, driving their professional growth.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an orderly, pristine, and presentable appearance of the store aligned with brand standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee stock control, inventory, cash handling, and overall daily store operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in store management (Store Manager / Assistant Manager).
• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Customer-centric focus, proactive and positive attitude, empathetic leadership, and strong communication skills.
