DescriptionThis position may be based in any Amazon Operations center across Italy, depending on availability and business needs. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across the site. You’ll monitor process efficiency and prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside escalations, process‑improvement work and wide‑scale contingency planning.You will also work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.Basic QualificationsCompleted University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 monthsAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local languageRelevant experience in performing data analysisPreferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
