Responsibilities Lead and Develop the Team: Drive revenue growth by training, coaching, mentoring, and leading the regional sales team to achieve both corporate and individual goals. Manage Strategic Portfolios: Personally manage a portfolio of strategically important customers to ensure growth and development in line with the global sales plan. Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 7+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the industrial sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a Sales Management capacity. At least 3 years of direct experience selling Motion Control solutions. Technical credibility across Mechatronics, Electronics, Control, and Software. Fully fluent in written and verbal English. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across the territory. Nice to Have Proficiency in German or Italian (spoken and written) Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
