Trade Marketing Manager, HOKAAs the Trade Marketing Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for creating and executing the national Trade Marketing Plan. You will build strong partnerships with wholesale clients and deliver innovative HOKA brand and product activations across in-store environments, windows, events, and partner social and online platforms.Your work will elevate HOKA's presence across a diverse wholesale network — ranging from performance buying groups and running specialty stores to lifestyle athletics and statement accounts — ensuring our brand and key product stories come to life in the best possible way both online and in-store.You will collaborate closely with the Italian Marketing Leader, Commercial Team, Field Experience Representatives, and external partners to drive increased brand awareness, education, and conversion. We're looking for a proactive and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and brings fresh, innovative thinking to elevate the brand and grow the business.We're looking for a candidate fluent in English & Italian, based in Milan.Your Impact
Own the development and execution of seasonal trade go-to-market plans in alignment with HOKA's commercial objectives.Develop tailored marketing campaigns, assets, and activations for key wholesale partners.Collaborate with the Commercial Team, Field Experience Team, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of all trade initiatives.Ensure timely tracking and reporting of the trade marketing budget, KPIs, and ROI of all activities.Care for the presentation of the brand across all partner touchpoints, including store windows, retail activations, and online spaces.Support the field team with tools, training materials, and best-in-class marketing resources.Lead a team of Field Experience Representatives, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and ongoing development.

You are an energetic, commercially minded team player with strong relationship-building skills.You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.You understand the value of premium brand presentation and how to bring a brand to life both in-store and online.

Fluent Italian and English language skills, based in MilanSolid experience in trade marketing, consumer goods, sports/outdoor/lifestyle, or fast-paced retail environmentsExperience collaborating with wholesale partners and managing bespoke marketing campaignsStrong planning, organizational, and negotiation skillsManagerial experience leading field or commercial teamsA marketing degree or equivalent experience is a plus
