We’re looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to deliver best-in-class campaigns, events and communications at our Vancouver Designer Outlet Centre. Sitting at the heart of the Centre Management Team, you’ll bring our brand to life locally while driving footfall, sales and customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll own and deliver the centre marketing strategy driving KPIs while elevating and protecting the brand. You’ll bring regional campaigns to life with flawless local execution and real commercial impact. In close partnership with Retail Managers, you’ll also shape the trading calendar and deliver promotions that drive measurable results.
Leading a Marketing Executive, you’ll orchestrate marketing for store openings, refurbishments and tourism initiatives - creating excitement and footfall. With budget ownership, you’ll track performance rigorously and deliver strong ROI. Last but not least, you’ll build influential partnerships with brands, media, tourism bodies and the local business community, collaborating seamlessly with centre, regional and Head Office teams to achieve shared commercial success.

Qualifications
* Strong experience across digital and traditional marketing channels. Exposure to retail or fashion is a plus.
* Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting.
* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A collaborative, proactive approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
* Solid Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
