**Your role**
- Ensure standard customer response details ( costing and pricing books ) are up to date.
- Help sell APTIV content per vehicle by supporting engineering change ideas with the Aptiv portfolio parts
- Ensure customer requests are answered and/or passed onto the appropriate Aptiv department for follow up
- Liaison with Aptiv internal teams to understand and optimize costs for changes
- Is accountable for customer data to support the sales account manager in tracking profitability and revenue growth in the EDS product line
- Support quotations and tracking data for new/running business on time
- Maintain, understand, and improve the cost structure and define opportunities to enhance the price quality with every opportunitY
- Help prepare and understand documentation for Battle Plans requested by the Sales Account Manager
- Support regular Aptiv engagement with the customer to a level which enables Aptiv to be considered for all EDS relevant quotations for running and new business
**Your Background**
- Experience in use of complex cost / pricing spreadsheets
- Experience of data gathering, analysis, and organization
- Understanding of commercial results and the data behind the numbers
- Presentation abilities - e.g. Power Point, Excel and other software
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams on a daily basis
- Able to connect the data sources and understand the key drivers
