In this role you drive the mass market strategy for NXP S32 automotive MCUs, crafting campaigns and collateral to expand global distribution. You'll translate market insights into actionable plans, support design‐wins, and train distributors to accelerate adoption. You will collaborate with product teams and sales to align messaging, roadmaps, and events that position NXP as a preferred automotive MCU partner. This role combines strategy, marketing execution, and cross‐functional leadership in a fast‐paced tech environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute mass market strategy for S32K automotive MCU line across global distribution Create marketing collateral and presentations for distribution partners Develop market insights and distributor engagement strategies to position NXP MCUs as enabling platforms Manage distribution funnel, design‐wins, and demand creation activities with distributors Analyze marketing effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly Coordinate quarterly marketing updates with product managers and global sales Collaborate with sales, application, marketing communications, and regional teams to expand presence in transportation markets Act as automotive MCU marketing expert in meetings with customers and distributors Deliver distributor training, webinars, and public presentations Provide customer and ecosystem feedback to influence future products and tools Support quarterly mass market handbook with NPI updates, calendars, and success stories Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum 5+ years in high tech, preferably semiconductors, embedded systems, or automotive markets Strong understanding of embedded systems, MCUs, and edge processing Experience engaging xrdztoy with automotive/transportation customers Analytical and strategic thinking to convert insights into actions Proven cross‐functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and engineering Strong business development and customer engagement skills Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written Fast learner with ability to grasp new market segments and technologies Self‐motivated and comfortable in a fast‐paced tech environment Ability to build relationships with internal lines and external partners Willingness to travel within Europe and globally #J-18808-Ljbffr
