Marketing manager

Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of both traditional and digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Manage relationships with local PR agencies and Hyatt's international PR network
• Organize press events, seasonal activations, and special hotel events
• Represent the hotel at local, media, and partner events
• Ensure Hyatt Centric brand standards are applied across all hotel collateral
• Coordinate with graphic agencies and creative suppliers
• Support the Sales team with presentations and promotional material

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Strong knowledge of integrated communication strategies and digital platforms
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and results-driven approach
