Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesWork with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (booking/billing).Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.Collaborate regionally and globally to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.Education Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Ideal Experience: 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding quotas.Knowledge (Ideal): Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong customer and partner relationships. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.Skills / Certifications:Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
