Retail Merchandiser RTW
who will support in defining and managing product assortments across different markets, ensuring the right balance between brand representation and sales performance.
The role will contribute to building a consistent global buying strategy while adapting assortments to local market needs.
Main Tasks
Analyze market trends and competitors
Define regional retail selection guidelines and assortments
Provide markets with master selection and buying guidelines (including quantity indications) for RTW collections and capsules
Support local teams during the buying campaign, ensuring alignment with guidelines before final submission
Monitor business performance by channel and market, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and product flow
Maintain regular communication with markets to understand local needs and support business performance
The ideal candidate will have
Degree xrdztoy in Economics or related field
Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Planning
Strong analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
