We are seeking a Key Account Manager who is proficient in international collaboration and establishing reliable relationships across borders.If you have an interest in delivering impactful outcomes and working within a diverse, global team, we want to hear from you!SKF Seals Italy Automotive BU is currently seeking two Key Account Managers to join the sales team in Villanova d'Asti, Italy.Reporting to the Automotive Sales Manager EMEA, the KAMs will be responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts while also playing a leading role in developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.Key responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned customers, ensuring trusting relationships and high satisfaction.Coordinate customer strategy across pricing, revenue growth, profitability and program execution.Be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.Build, maintain and grow a robust pipeline of new prospects and strategic opportunitiesPrepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offersEnsure target profitability and alignment with business objectives set by BUManage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOPMonitor running series business evolution, detecting deviation vs Project's figures acting in accordancePrepare accurate forecasts and business planCross – functional collaboration with internal depts (i.e. engineering, product development, project management, Quality, finance) to support customer programs and growth initiatives.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor degree in Engineering or EconomicsDemonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, following APQP/ETO phases is a plusSolid knowledge of Automotive market and reference customers, OEMs and Tiers1 /Tiers2, as well as sales experience in the Automotive industryTechnical knowledge about product (seals) and related applications is a plusKnowledge of bearing producers market is a plusProficient business sense, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to design and communicate compelling value propositionsHighly motivated and focused on delivering results;Problem solving attitudeFluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of a second language, as French or German, is a plusAvailability to travel
