What you'll do:
1. Organize optimal workflow
2. Manage sales activities including proactive calls, customer relations, allotment, sales quotations
3. Handle bookings, quotations, and ad-hoc requests with consideration for bi-weekly revenue targets and capacity forecasts, focusing on high-yield opportunities
4. Proactively sell and promote available capacities
5. Process and manage claims and tracing inquiries efficiently
6. Close cooperation with national airports, with Flight Dispo and cargo telex
7. Cooperate closely with local organizations and Head Quarters in Zurich
8. Be the pricing coordinator for the Italian Market and other EMEA countries
9. Master in analytical skills, supported by LX systems (PDT), CASS/World ACD, PowerBI, Excel
10. Be updated with My SWISS WorldCargo news, elaborate market trends, and follow local SOP and guidelines

The ideal Local Pricing Coordinator and Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements:
11. High School diploma or equivalent
12. Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, internet, e-mail)
13. Ongoing development and training in Customer Service and Pricing
14. Familiarity with tools such as PDT, SkyChain, Excel, and PowerBI is an advantage
15. Experience in the cargo business is an asset
16. Native Italian speaker
17. Proficient in English (written and spoken)
18. German is an asset
19. Open minded and positive attitude
20. High degree of flexibility and resistance to stress
21. Ownership of assigned tasks
22. High team spirit and multicultural sensibility
23. Be discrete (VAL business) and work focused on given objectives and priorities
24. Willingness to visit customers jointly with Executive Sales and collaborate closely with them
25. Willingness to travel domestic/international for trainings and events when required
