* CareGlance ( is a dynamic startup specialized in innovative solutions utilizing laser technology, industrial processes, and quality control systems. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with strategic insight, Scientific or Engineering degree and a strong network within the laser and industrial sectors. The main goals will be:
* Expand CareGlance's international market presence.
* Enhance strategic partnerships and client relationships to sustain long-term growth.
* Achieve and exceed annual sales budget.
The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
o Define and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion.
o Identify, negotiate, and close key sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract finalization.
o Analyze customer needs, coordinating closely with the R&D department to deliver tailored technical solutions.
o Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
o Ability to coordinate and oversee the activities of junior team members, mentoring and supporting them in achieving team goals.
o Engage in targeted marketing activities to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
o Represent CareGlance at international trade fairs, industry events, and key networking opportunities.
o Regularly report sales progress, forecasts, and market insights through company CRM.
Required Qualifications:
o Scientific or Engineering degree.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a solid background in laser technology, industrial processes, or quality control systems.
o Proven experience in strategic planning, sales negotiation, and deal execution.
o Strong professional network and previous experience with laser-related companies.
o Fluent English, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
o Availability for international travel.
o Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
o Driving license (Category B).
The following are considered a plus:
o Prior experience working in startup or growth-focused environments.
o Experience with European public tender processes.
o Familiarity with additional languages beyond English and Italian.
