This role ensures strong alignment between the company’s strategic objectives and operational execution, playing a key role in enhancing the value, efficiency and functionality of the Group’s assets. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liCommunicate corporate strategic and operational objectives clearly and effectively to technical teams and professionals involved in projects. /li liOversee all phases of projects, from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. /li liPrepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, resources, and project timelines for each initiative. /li liReview and approve technical projects and related budgets. /li liAssign, coordinate, and supervise activities of internal and external technical teams. /li liPlan and oversee technical staff training, as well as the installation of equipment and systems. /li liConduct regular quality audits and inspections of systems, facilities, and technical installations. /li liLead teams with authority and expertise, fostering high levels of motivation, collaboration, and engagement. /li liCollect, analyze, and interpret technical and operational data to monitor project progress and support informed decision‑making. /li /ul pbRequirements and Qualifications /b /p ul liMinimum of five years’ professional experience in comparable managerial roles, with direct responsibility for managing and leading teams. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of engineering principles and relevant regulatory frameworks. /li liDegree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines. /li liProven ability in cost planning, cost control, and budget management. /li liStrong interest in the hospitality industry, with a clear focus on service quality and excellence. /li liSolid leadership capabilities, characterized by a collaborative and inclusive management style. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills, a proactive approach, and a results‑driven mindset. /li liHigh operational flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in complex, fast‑paced, and evolving environments. /li liNative‑level proficiency in Italian and strong command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pbLocation: /bFlorence /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
