Responsibilities depending on design level could include: - Lead the creative and conceptual stages for projects - Engage and collect information from the clients about their needs - Present design proposals to clients and get their feedback - Conduct site surveys - Review building fit-out guides - Review layouts done by our designers elsewhere and or create their own layouts - Consider availability of materials and products locally to ensure procurement quality, timelines and pricing are reasonable Requirements: - Proven experience with a portfolio of workplace design, layout work and otherwise - Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in corporate office interior design - Possess excellent design flair, highly creative with a good eye for design details - Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations - Strong communication skills - Ability to build rapport - Time management and planning skills Compensation: - 8,000 SGD - 10,000 SGD per month Salary: €5,600.00 - €7,000.00 per month
