Sales strategy: implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services);Business development: contribute to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy;Sales management: maintains accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required;Offering: collaborates with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities. Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similarAt least 4-5 years in similar role with proven success in sales resultsStrong passion and curiosity for technical topicsCustomer orientation / Customer Service mindsetInternational experience will be considered as a plusFluent English; Spanish or other as a plus Human Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
