What will be your mission?
As Concierge, your role will be to ensure that our guests are 100% satisfied with their experience while in our hotel.
What will you do?
* Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
* Excellent knowledge of all local points of interest as well as the hotel products and services, including room types and rates, relative features and facilities and food and beverage outlets.
* Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed in a timely manner.
What are we looking for?
* Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
* A natural interest in other people and cultures.
* You enjoy being a point of contact for our guests and make contact easily.
* Ability to surprise guests with your special touch.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
