This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded Mechanical Engineer to drive adoption of a breakthrough plastic wire product. What you’ll be doing
Lead on-site machinery reconfiguration and process optimisation to support plastic wire production
Partner with commercial teams to deliver technical trials and adapt solutions for client needs
Support customers with training on polymer processing and baling system integration
Act as the technical point of contact during client onboarding and solution rollout
Play a visible role in plant development and succession planning
What you’ll bring
2–5 years’ experience in waste management/recycling or machinery manufacturing
A degree in Mechanical Engineering
Confidence to engage clients on technical performance and process innovation
Fluent in both English and Italian
