Who are we looking for?
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A strong motivation for learning and continuous improvement.
Required technical skills
* Basic knowledge of industrial processes and main quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why, 8D).
* Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English.
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
The position offers direct employment with the company under an apprenticeship contract.
Responsibilities
* Support daily quality management and compliance activities.
* Evaluate supplier compliance by reviewing certificates, declarations, and technical documentation, maintaining direct contact with suppliers for any required updates or integrations.
* Support the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.
* Support the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Conflict Minerals).
* Participate in the management of non‑conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.
