Deliveroo’s Commercial team is at the centre of our marketplace, shaping how we partner with restaurants, grocers and new verticals worldwide. In this role you will manage and grow relationships with enterprise‑level restaurant partners, developing tailored solutions that drive revenue growth for both our partners and Deliveroo.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic consultant for our largest partners using data to unlock value across the Italian market.
Build and maintain high‑level, long‑term partnerships with enterprise‑level restaurant brands.
Lead high‑stakes negotiations and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow partner revenue and profitability.
Analyse complex performance data and market insights to create actionable business plans that improve partner margins and Deliveroo’s market share.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Corporate teams to design and implement bespoke solutions that solve partner challenges.
Ensure service standards are consistently met across partners’ multi‑site portfolios.
Qualifications
Significant experience managing strategic or national accounts, ideally within consumer tech, FMCG or Horeca.
Track record of leading high‑stakes negotiations and driving sustainable revenue growth with strong P&L management.
Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into business strategy; proficiency in Excel and CRM tools required.
Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams such as Finance, Product and Marketing to deliver complex projects.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
Experience managing large‑scale, multi‑site restaurant groups.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Looker.
Compensation
National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario
Classification Level: Livello 2
Target compensation (OTE) €45,000 – 57,000 gross per year; base salary €40,000 – 47,000.
Not eligible for equity/RSU grant.
