Marketing Manager
to join our Sales & Marketing Team.
Role Description
As
Marketing Manager
, you will lead the resort's marketing strategy, ensuring that San Clemente Palace Venice maintains its position as one of Europe's most iconic luxury destinations.
You will manage all branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and promotional initiatives, working closely with operational departments and corporate teams to elevate the hotel's visibility and guest engagement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive annual marketing plan
Managing the resort's brand identity and ensuring consistent representation across all channels
Leading digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and online campaigns
Overseeing social media strategy, storytelling, and content creation
Coordinating photography, videography, and creative production
Managing PR activities, media relations, and influencer partnerships
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Planning and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
Supporting the Sales team with collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
Ensuring high-quality guest communication and email marketing campaignsManaging relationships with external agencies and partners
Analyzing performance metrics and preparing monthly marketing reports
Collaborating closely with F&B;, Events, Rooms, and Spa teams to promote key experiences
Upholding the hotel's reputation through strategic communication and brand storytelling
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
Experience working with media, influencers, and creative agencies
Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
