The results take care of themselves. /p pbThe role... /b Join Dojo on our mission to become the most trusted payments provider for independent businesses. As the Area Sales Manager, based in Palermo or Catania, you will be instrumental in building and accelerating the growth of our field sales across your region. This role is pivotal as it spearheads our expansion into the Italian market. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will build and lead a team of payment consultants for our indirect channel, shaping their success and paving the way for Dojo's impact on businesses across Italy. This position holds significant importance as we establish ourselves in this key market, setting the groundwork for our continued success in upcoming European locations. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liShape and execute our field sales strategy: Take ownership of developing and implementing effective field sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets. /li liBuild a team of self - employed sales consultants: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to ensure they deliver exceptional results. /li liDrive exceptional performance and results: Set and monitor performance metrics, providing guidance and support to ensure the team exceeds targets. /li liContribute to cross-functional initiatives: Act as a vital link between internal teams and the field, championing a culture of excellence and collaboration. /li liSupport the partnership team in order to maximise sales opportunities and align their efforts with the overall sales strategy. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liExperience in the card payment industry: Proven background working in the card payment sector. /li liField and payment consultants experience: Hands-on experience in the field working with payment consultants. /li liTrack record as a field manager or consultant: Demonstrated success as a field sales manager or consultant in the payments industry. /li liProven ability to execute sales strategies: Track record of successfully executing sales strategies in high-competition markets. /li liMotivational leadership skills: Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively, even in remote work settings. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams. /li liCommitment to Italy: Dedication to spending the majority of working time on field, supporting the sales region and enabling the success of the sales team. /li /ul h3Dojo home and away /h3 pWe believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
