We share ideas and collaborate so that together, we can develop solutions that deliver enjoyable and sustainable living.LocationThe role is based in Assago.About the roleYou will play an active role in the day‑by‑day operation concerning product line activities: ranging, product launches, pricing, and driving initiatives to grow the related product categories and reach KPIs.What you’ll doContinuous monitoring of market trends, competition and price positioning, delivering reports and analysis.Assisting in the execution of the Product strategy in the CA.All activities related to product lifecycle management: new launches, system maintenance, phase in/out process, range maintenance, sales forecasting, avoid obsolescence…Provide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.Close and daily co‑operation with European Product Managers to manage product lifecycle maintenance activities.Monitor sales performance and suggest actions to deliver business KPIs.Close collaboration with Brand and Trade Marketing organization in preparing product presentations, catalogues, folder, POS material to support product launches.Provide Sales Organization with continuously updated detailed product info, market launch and pricing.Cooperate with the Sales team to set up listings and promos presence according to objectives for key customers.Who you areApproximately 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel are a must).Able to work under pressure in complex organizations with various stakeholders at national and international level.Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Team player with good team working skills.BenefitsThe annual gross base salary starts from €33,150.00, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
