About the role The Project Manager (Content Delivery Associate) is part of our pharmaceutical client’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team, reporting to the Omnichannel Delivery Director. This role focuses on content production services within the Italian market. The Content Delivery Associate collaborates with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy Production and Creative Services across all Business Units. The role requires strong stakeholder partnership, influence, and the ability to drive adoption and performance of content production capabilities, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement of existing services and expansion of new ones. The candidate must have leadership skills, business acumen, understanding of process solutions, and cultural awareness to motivate teams across multiple partners and production centers globally. Transparency of risks and understanding of marketing solutions are essential to creating customer-centric omnichannel experiences. What you’ll do Identify and analyze regional and local content trends to provide feedback ensuring global content meets marketing needs. Partner with local marketing leadership to promote adoption of Content services and achieve delivery targets. Maintain quality and timelines for content delivery, fostering open communication and feedback. Lead and manage global production teams, demonstrating leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Coordinate communication and change management activities for new content solutions. Prioritize work and establish delivery schedules aligned with client needs and team capacity. Identify new production capabilities for operational and value expansion, sharing insights with leadership. Use reporting metrics to monitor adoption and identify areas for efficiency improvements. About you Bachelor’s degree or higher education. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in Italian and Business English, with strong communication skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with high commitment and follow-through. Experience in program management, risk mitigation, and operational or technical delivery planning. Supplier management experience. Financial performance accountability. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders. Leadership skills, resource coordination, and influence without authority. Drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
