Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Execution: Support the development and execution of brand activation plans for the Italian market. Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide branding initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand plans align with business goals. Brand Positioning And Messaging Help define brand positioning and tailor messaging for different customer segments. Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for message approval. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. Contribute to digital and social media marketing efforts. Track campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement. Product Launches and Brand Support: Support the planning and rollout of new product launches. Help manage the brand’s lifecycle in collaboration with the wider marketing team. Coordinate with the sales team to provide promotional tools and training materials. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with internal teams, partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent the brand at relevant industry events and meetings when needed. Work closely with the commercial team to gather feedback and align marketing efforts. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand activities. Assist with brand health tracking and share regular updates with management. Support budget management and resource planning for marketing initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Around 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar marketing role. Experience in healthcare and medical devices is a plus. Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels. Good analytical and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
