The role combines technical know-how, customer service excellence, and strong cross-functional interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding technical issuesProvide technical support and assistance in maintenance, guarantee, and service-related topicsCoordinate external technical service partners for maintenance, guarantee, and goodwill worksAdvise Sales and Operations teams on technical matters when requiredEnsure high customer service standards and contribute to achieving quality targetsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within Technical Service and Customer Service / Back OfficeCollaborate closely with local subsidiaries and HQ to ensure service excellenceProfile RequirementsIdeally technical education in sanitary building services (gas-water installer), as a technician or master craftsman.
