Role Overview The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the company's growth through commercial development activities in Italy and internationally. They will collaborate with management and ownership to ensure strategic decisions and support the company's rebranding process. Key Responsibilities Monitor and develop existing markets within Italy and abroad. Identify new business opportunities. Develop new distribution channels (e.g., B2C). Plan and manage budgets and sales forecasts for assigned markets. Reposition the brand towards the premium market segment. Candidate Profile Experience of at least 5-10 years in a similar role, preferably within the food/agro-food sector, in companies involved in the production and/or marketing of high-quality products. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus. Excellent IT skills, including Office Suite, email, and social networks. Knowledge of the high-quality agro-food sector, including products with IG labels and condiments. Deep understanding of sales strategies in the market. Strong commercial and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. Additional Information The role involves managing and developing markets in Italy and abroad, including travel to Europe, USA, UK, and Korea.
