Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Our product portfolio includes excavators, wheel loaders, aerial work platforms, tractors, and other machinery for construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, we combine cutting-edge technology, excellent customer service, and a strong dealer network to support our customers’ productivity and business growth. Promote and sell construction and agricultural machinery to farmers, construction companies, rental companies, distributors, and dealers across Italy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and propose sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales agreements.
Coordinate with after-sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and expand the network.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.

~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
~ Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
