You will be responsible for building your own pipeline of opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for the Italian market.We are seeking a proactive individual ready to grow quickly and contribute to the success of Audience AI our cuttingedge solution for analyzing and predicting customer behavior improving marketing performance.What you will doPipeline generation: You will identify new business opportunities through cold calling (100 calls per week) and email outreach (200 emails per week) to the ideal customer profile with the support of AIbased lists and tools that we will provide;Participation in industry events: You will attend selected industry events to build your network and develop additional opportunities;Managing qualified leads: You will receive prequalified leads from our Growth team and turn them into concrete sales opportunities;Complete sales cycle management: You will be responsible for the entire process from the first interaction to closing supported by our Growth team for more technical proposals and complex commercial negotiations.RequisitiWho you areProven experience: 5 years in sales roles within software preferably SaaS MarTech with a strong track record of achieving targets;Passion for marketing technology: Familiarity with technologies like CDP web analytics CRM and the adtech ecosystem;Proactive approach: You love challenges and find creative solutions even where there s no clear path;Willingness to travel: We are an international company and you will frequently attend industry events to build relationships with clients;Confidence with the Italian and English language: Although your main market will be Italy our team is international and you will often need to communicate in English with colleagues as well as occasionally support in managing international prospects.BenefitWhat we offer100% flexible working environment: We collaborate with people from all over Europe and offer a 100% lavoro da remoto culture with offices in Milan Viterbo New York and Dubai;Competitive compensation: Permanent contract with a base salary (RAL) ofvariable compensation ofwith no cap if goals are exceeded;Advanced tools and support: You will have access to AI for managing daily activities highlevel technological tools and a platform for monitoring the sales pipeline; You will not be alone in the process and we will provide you with sales materials case studies and product demos;Additional benefits: Company laptop meal vouchers of 8 and a company car.
