Join our iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie for the 2025 season. Be part of our passionate pastry team (6 Talents), reporting directly to the Pastry Chef.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Prepare specific food items such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc.
* Follow the directions provided by the Pastry Chef.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure high-quality food and service.
* Supervise and support commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team.
Qualifications and requirements:
* At least one year of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotels.
* Passion for service and a desire for professional growth.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with Italian language proficiency mandatory.
Applicants must be authorized to work in Italy at the time of application.
