PJoin to apply for the strongArea Sales Manager /strong role at strongSERI Industrial Spa /strong /ppJoin to apply for the strongArea Sales Manager /strong role at strongSERI Industrial Spa /strong /ppGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. /ppWould you like to join the European Energetic Transition?brFAAM is building a Gigafactory in Teverola for the production of cells, modules, and battery packs for Electric Vehicle, Energy Storage, Industrial, and Special applications.brIn joining us you will take part in a very strategic project for the European lithium battery value chain.brWe are looking for an strongArea Sales Manager /strong with experience in battery or automotive industry and strong attitude to change management, who want to work for the development of our lithium batteries project in Teverola.brWe are looking for a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe.brstrongKey Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited Tobr/strongulliReporting to Sales Director /liliTo develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business by using a variety of sources /liliTo gain a deep understanding of key local customers' needs and requirements /liliAct as the link between external customers and internal key stakeholders (technical office) /liliTo support the company in participating to local tenders on energy storage projects /liliTo identify and explore commercial opportunities within the area of competence /liliTo develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with Key local customers /liliTo resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust between the customer and organisation /liliTo engage with internal colleagues such as other Key Account Managers but also with the Product Manager to deliver valuable services to strengthen Company's position as a supplier /liliTo support the Product Manager and Commercial director by assisting with the development of existing and new products, helping to create innovative solutions for our customers /liliTo prepare bespoke strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximise opportunities and value for both parties /liliTo implement and manage and deal with the Commercial director, strategic activities which will deliver increased value for the company (measured by contribution) /liliTo monitor the performance of strategic plans and evaluate the successes, risks and opportunities which are then used to create opportunistic or remedial activities and report it to the Commercial director /liliTo identify the gate keepers (key influencers and decision-makers) within customer organisations and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship with this audience, drawing on the support from senior stakeholders within Company where appropriate /liliTo contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to maximise short and long-term revenue opportunities, and to reduce the cost of sale /liliTo manage and continuously update the sales activity within the customer relationship management (CRM) tool /liliTo prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. /liliTo be ready for frequent business trips and for periodic visit to the production plant in Teverola (Caserta -
