The role is responsible for expanding market presence and driving sales of Danfoss variable speed drives and related solutions, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers in the industrial automation sector. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liIdentify new business opportunities, develop new customers, and strengthen relationships within the existing customer portfolio. /li liDrive, implement, and monitor sales activities across the assigned territory (Eastern Lombardy and Veneto – Italy). /li liDefine and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets, including business planning, pipeline development, and partnership management. /li liEnsure achievement of forecast, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives in line with agreed commercial strategies, supported by reporting activities and market intelligence analysis. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Marketing, Technical Support) using Danfoss tools to propose competitive solutions, and manage service/spare parts quotations, including identification and pricing of components and finished products. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liEducational background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent culture. /li liProven experience in similar role gained in International middle structured company, operating in Automation Industry. /li liStrong knowledge related to electric drives and motors.
