Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef role located in Torre del Greco. The Chef will plan and prepare high-quality meals, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant's culinary standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and working with suppliers to secure quality ingredients. Additionally, the Chef will experiment with new recipes, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Team leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.
Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Inventory management and cost control experience.
A passion for culinary arts and creativity in creating exceptional dining experiences.
Formal training in culinary arts or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role, is highly desirable.
