Scope of Work
: As Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them, aligned with our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsibility, fun, quirkiness, and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
: As Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following areas:
• Check production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake.
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter.
• Roll, cut, and shape dough to form rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, and related products. Prepare fruit for fillings.
• Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in the oven. Observe products while cooking and adjust controls.
• Mix icings and toppings and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Use various kitchen tools, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Adhere to Six Senses’ policies on fire safety, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean and in good condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining and exceeding performance benchmarks.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications: To succeed as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, candidates must have the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, including:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of pastry kitchen experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or health/food handler card as required.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in Italy (EU passport required).
