You'll collaborate closely with commercial and engineering teams, influencing both customer success and product direction.ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical partner to key clients, identifying performance issues and optimisation opportunitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot ad stack, integration, and performance challengesSupport presales efforts with technical expertise and product demonstrationsLead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for new and existing customersAdvise clients on best practices in monetisation strategy and ad tech architectureManage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing technical depth and strategic insightCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teamsStay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the AdTech ecosystemExperience required5+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Presales Engineer) within AdTechStrong understanding of JavaScript and browser debugging toolsExperience working with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and publisher ecosystemsFluent in English and Italian
