This position reports to the National Customer Manager Cardiovascular and will be responsible for leading the group in Campagna region, in line with strategies and plans, within the Diabetic therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the achievement of sales targets in the area of competence through effective management and coaching of collaborators and the development of commercial initiatives.
* Lead the cross-functional team to execute the strategy and engagement plan for the customers under their responsibility.
* Act within the company strategy in compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
* Develop coaching capabilities and unlock collaborators' potential.
* Understand territory dynamics deeply and translate them into business opportunities, contributing to activities responsive to account and stakeholder needs. Build long-term relationships with top account stakeholders.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as District Manager / Area Manager
* Scientific Degree
* Participative leadership
* Ability to deliver results, lead, and develop people
* Fluency in Italian and good command of English
* Skills in project management, data analysis, market trend interpretation, communication, relationship building, planning, and organization
* Curiosity, open mindset, drive engagement, and innovation
