LARDINI S.P.A ., a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/LifeStyle Segment), is looking for an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team, who can support the consolidation and development of online sales, with a strategic vision, analytical skills and excellent project management. The ideal profile has a growth-oriented mindset and knows how to move in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate in the development and management of the online commercial and promotional plan in synergy with marketing and product teams.
* Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring consistency of catalog, pricing and promotions.
* Monitor digital channel performance: sales, traffic, conversion rate, marginality (first and second), AOV.
* Manage and update an operational GANTT for e-commerce channel activities, facilitating alignment between internal and external teams.
* Coordinate suppliers and departments involved in the project (development, adv, creative, logistics, customer service).
* Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing), in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
* Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates consistent with stock, promotions and communication content (homepage, newsletter, social).
* Collaborate in the development of activities such as affiliation marketing and marketing automation, in a performance pespective.
* Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize the assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.
Qualifications
Familiarity with GANTT and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM, automation or tools such as Klaviyo / Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign
- Background or strong interest in the world of fashion, creativity and design.
