This is an opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon logistics business. We are looking for a highly-driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed Business Developer for Italy. You will be joining the team recently launched in Italy and will be responsible for the commercial activity for medium and large companies, reaching out to new prospect and negotiating with them to onboard in the program. You will also collect market and customers insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers. You are the ideal candidate if: - You are excited by partnering in developing a new start-up - You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment - You have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal - You have strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. - You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form - You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver result This role will be based in Milan and with moderate travel (maximum 25%).
