* Large Industries: provides technical gases and related products in an expanded offer with high added value for large industrial customers, using specific delivery systems (pipelines).
* Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, managing on‑site production and services for industrial customers.
* Electronics: develops the market related to high‑purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a Product Manager – Equipment and Specialty Gases, you will be the key link connecting our business strategy with operational capabilities. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining market strategy and competitive intelligence to overseeing supply/demand analysis and strategic capacity planning. This role involves setting product pricing policies, monitoring profitability, and coordinating the launch of new products/offers. Responsibilities
* Perform competitive and market intelligence to define and refine our product strategy.
* Support and lead the development and deployment of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance at country level.
* Define the product referential based on market needs and coordinate cross‑action agreements with peers.
* Determine product pricing policies based on market analysis and cost data, monitoring profitability and proposing actions to achieve financial goals.
* Support the deployment of new catalog offers, from initial concept to full market integration.
* Work with internal areas on tool deployments, ensuring that products remain available with correct technical and safety information for customers and internal users.
* Serve as the first layer of contact for field teams in specialty equipment and gases, providing expertise and ensuring connection with other areas and teams as needed.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business or Engineering/Chemistry.
* 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business or the Process Industry.
* Advanced technical knowledge of industrial processes.
* Ability to perform supply/demand analysis and elaborate capacity planning.
* Experience developing pricing policies and interpreting product range P&L.
* Knowledge of industrial safety and risk management.
* Broad understanding of the customer base and ability to translate customer needs into product offerings.
* Strong collaborative and communication skills for a complex, cross‑functional environment.
* Fluent English; knowledge of French is a plus.
