Per azienda cliente, leader nel settore della Cosmetica di Lusso, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Visual Merchandiser Manager basato su Milano
Responsibilities
La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
· Responsible for theimplementation of all new Store Design counters and Visual merchandisingprojects in Spain, according to the global guidelines.
· Full projectmanagement cycle of permanent SD projects: steering of the projects frombriefing within Syreta to installation, ensuring timely installations andwithin the budget plan.
· Coordinate efficientcommunication with external stakeholders, retailers and internal design teams.
· Follow-up onprogress of the projects. Support project installation and training of theteams at POS. Elaborate final and maintenance reports.
· Drive and ensure thereporting of SDVM projects to Affiliate and Regional Teams.
· Responsible forimplementing the Regional VM strategy in the Italian market.
· Manage outposts fromregional approval, local construction to installation.
· Responsible forordering and supervise installation of all launches and activation collateralsfor NSD design.
· Support the monthlybudget reconciliation (cost control) and manage own SD/VM accounts.
· Events: allinstallations for events (internal & external) are steered by the SD/VMManager from briefing to execution.
· Responsible for allSD/VM communication with Regional teams as well as delivering any internalpresentations of SD/VM topics.
Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti (inserire hard skills):
· Degree in Marketing/BusinessAdministration/ Architecture/Interior Design
· 3-5 years'experience in Visual Merchandising and/or store design within the luxury goodsindustry. Knowledge of the retail cosmetic industry is a plus.
· Excellentcommunication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally
· Excellent ProjectManagement skills
· Hands-on person withproactive attitude
· Team player
· Organized anddetail-oriented
· Excellent MicrosoftOffice skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
· Fluent in English
· Willingness totravel
