PpFor a bpharmaceutical project /b based in the Florence area, we are seeking an experienced bElectrical Construction Manager /b to support site execution through bpre-commissioning, commissioning readiness, and handover /b within a regulated GMP environment. /p pEnsure safe, compliant, and timely execution of belectrical construction activities /b, delivering a structured and traceable handover to bcommissioning and qualification /b phases in line with project and GMP requirements. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liManage and supervise belectrical construction activities /b on site (installation, progress) /li liCoordinate subcontractors and site teams, managing interfaces and construction priorities /li liEnforce bHSE /b requirements and site procedures (PTW, LOTO where applicable) /li liPerform field quality checks, walkdowns, punch list management, issue resolution, and closure /li liPrepare systems for bpre-commissioning and commissioning /b, aligned with ITPs and test strategies /li liManage construction documentation: bas-built drawings, test records, certificates, turnover packages /b /li liInterface with Engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth transition from construction to start-up /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as bConstruction Manager / Site Manager /b within the belectrical discipline /b /li liSolid background in bLife Sciences / Pharmaceutical /b or other regulated industries (GMP experience preferred) /li liStrong knowledge of electrical systems: LV (and MV where applicable), panels, grounding, cabling, and interfaces with utilities and control systems /li liExcellent contractor coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills /li libFluent Italian (mandatory) /b for site activities and contractor coordination /li liGood working knowledge of English in a project environment /li /ul pPharmatec SRL is an equal opportunity employer.
