Job Description
This position involves managing a client portfolio, both Italian and international, and responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding products and orders. You will also be responsible for data entry and updates in the management system (knowledge of AS400 preferred).
* Client Portfolio Management: Managing and supporting an assigned client portfolio, both Italian and international.
* Sending Offers and Quotations: Sending offers and quotations as directed by the Product Manager.
* Customer Support: Responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding products and orders.
* Data Entry: Data entry and updates in the management system (knowledge of AS400 preferred).

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Membership to protected categories Law 68/99.
* Experience, even minimal, in customer management (e.g., sales, customer service).
* Basic English (A2 level).
* Knowledge of AS400 management system is a plus.
* Good relational skills, accuracy, dynamism.
