Set in terraced gardens, the 16th‑century buildings house 49 guest rooms, 28 suites, and 6 grand suites. Dining venues include La Gamella (fine‑dining Italian with The Chef’s Table), Bar Bertelli, Cafe Focolare, and the original chapel and theatre. You oversee daily floor operations, maintain menu knowledge, and guide the team. /p ul liAct as an ambassador for the hotel’s values, fostering teamwork and service excellence; train and mentor staff on service standards and menu details. /li liDeliver the highest level of guest service in restaurant and bar areas; monitor house count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, and handle complaints. /li liPerform front‑of‑house duties as needed to support a team‑oriented atmosphere. /li liOversee opening and closing duties, update menu prices, and assist with order management; coordinate daily specials with the chef. /li liMaintain expert knowledge of liquor, wines, champagnes, and food menu items. /li liEnsure staff adherence to schedules, coordinate breaks, and inspect grooming and attire. /li liExpedite service on the floor or in the kitchen as required. /li liConduct training programs and lead daily line‑ups. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of four years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. /li liAttention to detail and commitment to high service standards. /li liStrong leadership, team management, and organisational skills. /li liKnowledge of wine and spirit service. /li liProficiency in Oracle systems. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pManagement and Manufacturing /p pIndustries: Hospitality /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
