Ph3Overview /h3pALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to convert both company-supplied and self-generated leads into high-value customer accounts, leveraging your B2B software sales experience and our leading BIM solutions for strong rewards. You’ll use your communication skills and integrity to influence decision-makers, identify client needs, and show how ALLPLAN enhances workflows and efficiency. As an Inside Sales Representative at ALLPLAN, you will play a key role in fueling growth by qualifying inbound leads, booking product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be to engage with prospects who have already shown interest in our digital solutions for the construction and design industry. In addition, you will support outbound demand generation activities to expand our pipeline. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals motivated to contribute directly to revenue generation while building a strong foundation in B2B technology sales. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliInbound Lead Qualification (Primary Focus): Respond promptly to inbound leads from channels such as website inquiries, downloads, and webinars; assess their fit (budget, authority, need, timing); and qualify them for next steps. /liliDemo Booking: Schedule product demonstrations between qualified leads and Sales Executives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive customer experiences. /liliLead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with inbound prospects, delivering relevant content and personalized follow-ups until they are ready to engage with Sales Executives. /liliOutbound Demand Generation (Secondary Focus): Support pipeline development through targeted outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement. /liliCRM Pipeline Management: Accurately record prospect interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure effective handover of leads to Sales Executives. /liliCollaboration: Work closely with Marketing to share feedback on inbound lead quality and campaign effectiveness, and align with Sales Executives for coordinated pipeline development. /liliReporting: Track and report key metrics such as lead response time, demo conversion rates, and handoff effectiveness to support continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or high school diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. /lili1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR roles, or customer-facing positions, preferably in B2B or SaaS. /liliProven ability to qualify leads and book meetings/demos against set targets. /liliFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. /liliStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams. /liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career. /liliProficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. /liliStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. /liliAbility to conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations effectively. /liliAdvanced technical aptitude and experience with software solutions or SaaS products are advantageous. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliComprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development to support your success and growth at ALLPLAN. /liliClear career paths into Account Executive and other sales roles. /liliA collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment. /liliCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives. /liliFlexible work arrangements, including options for remote work. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
