Channel Sales and Key Account Professional
* We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to drive product sales and achieve annual targets in Italy.
* Candidates should have experience in managing and supporting agents & distributors, as well as collaborating with regional managers to develop localized sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage sales channels and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Develop and implement localized sales strategies to support regional growth.
* Understand customer needs in the Italian market and provide effective solutions.
* Analyze market insights and identify trends and new sales opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels.
* Experience in personal care categories is an advantage.
* Proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts.
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
